Foot straps Again.!!

I have been reading through some of the older posts on Foot straps.
And an idea came to mind.

There are many options including water ski bindings.

What about a sliding track set into the deck.
Like adjustable tracks used for yacht Genoa.

That way the foot straps can be filly adjusted to suit all and removed if not required.
And being set into the deck No tripping hazards.
An idea for some rib manufacturers to think about.

Indeed, but you'll only pay £150 for it, so no dice!

Why not go further and have standard sliding tracks built into all ribs so you could change configurations on a modular basis - a bit like the do on aircraft for seating type & pitch.

The possibilities could be endless!
