Folding A frame

Anyone got one of these?

Looks good however I would probably get the centre section welded after cutting it down as I dont think the grub screws would take much abuse.

Had one of thesse on a previous boat...the grubs screws do NOT stand much USE, let alone abuse. The top bar used to rotate as we went along.

Amusing, but undesireable

Got one on our Valiant 7.5

Have not had any reason to fold it down yet so never use it for its intended purpose in that respect.

Now you have asked I migt try folding it down tonight when the boat gets back in
