This manufacturer is a bit closer than Brazil and if I recall correctly has been building these things for quite some time.

Not to mention all the stupid laws - is it a boat - is it a plane etc - CAA are a nightmare at the best of times!!!

There was one at Ribex a few years ago.

CAA currently banned them from uk waters unless you get a PFA or BMAA permit.. - we had one try to operate in Weymouth 2 years ago and was very quickly stamped on from above........
