Flying across the channel in my Searider

2nd channel crossing. Total trip was 65 miles. It was a blast. Here is a pretty cool photo I took as we were returning to the mainland. I took it while sitting in the back. I stuck my arm out the side of the boat and snapped a bunch of photos. This was the best. Taken with a Sony D60 U digital water camera.

Nice pic! That given me a few ideas... evening sun, burst of flash to freeze the boat and 1/2 second exposure or so to get the blur in the water...nice

Well done on the crossing.

Cheers

Tim

Yeah slimtim,

if you have a real camera and some kind of water housing the photo would be beautiful. I used a fixed focal length point and shoot digital 2 meg camera so the photo quality isn't the best. I wish I had a water housing for my Nikon f4. Then I might accidentally drop it too .
