It will go fast with the 60 on it, in a straight line anyway
Mine went very well with a 55 on, but was a bit 'tail heavy'.

Why do people ruin them with Jockey seats?
They are designed to have the weight of the occupants sat down low in the hull not up high on a jockey seat.

It’s completely ruined in my opinion

Just seen this post which made me chuckle. By sheer coincidence I listed my force 4 on ebay this morning as a half finished project. My outboard isn;t really powerful enough so selling to join the searider brigade and hoping to start again with a decent sized outboard!

Do you guys think the one on ebay is a bit pricey? I think it looks naff with the console wedged against the dash.

It looks a total sack with the console in it. The Merc looks a similar vintage to Kernow's Flipper special red band.
