First Timer

Hello to all the Ribsters on this site. Is there anyone who will be on the water this weekend prepared to take two prospective Ribers out for a spin? I had a session lined up with TheWavehumper but have been unable to get in touch with him to confirm. We are based in Gloucestershire but are willing to travel within a 2 to 3hr radius. Cheers

He didn't disappear, rather we have all been out on the water enjoying ourselves, Wednesday especially. Seems everyone has a sports afternoon on Wednesdays judging by the number of ribs out for a spin in the Solent.

THanx!!

Well i'd just like to say a very gig thankyou to Stuart aka Thewavehumper. Sunday afternoon in the Solent was the best fun i've had in years, without a doubt! I have'nt laughed so much since i was a kid. We went out in two Ribs, a Camel and a small Avon. Stu was smack on with his anamoly too, ones a 4x4 the others a Lotus!! Stu sure knows how to throw that little Avon about !
If there are any other guys prepared to take one ore two out for a spin within a 2 or 3 hr journey from Gloucestershire just let me know and i will do my best to be there. I think it can be safely said that im hooked, now its a matter of buying my first Rib and i'd like to try out a few more and get some feedback and advice from all the experience available on this site!
Once again cheers Stu, i'm sure i'll see you again pretty soon,

Spud,

If you fancy trying my outfit in Margate then no prob's, but you'll have to wait 3 or 4 weeks 'coz i've got loads of work on at the moment.
