First RIB advice

Im new to ribbing and wanted to get a recommendation as to what type of rib I should buy, I have a budget of about IR£10,000 (GP£7700 aprox.) I want to use it on both lakes and the sea, for diving, fishing and as a runabout to the islands off the coast, does anyone have any ideas as to what type of RIB I should get? And what extras like radar and VHF due to the amount of shallow rocks in the Atlantic south and west coasts of Ireland?
One last question, can anybody please tell me some good sites for people new to RIRing???

Hi Chad
There is another forum going on next door (What do I buy?)to answer your specific questions. As far as kitting out the boat goes, the anwers to all your other questions are to be found in the other forum. Start with the basics. You will need to do a VHF/DSC course prior to aquiring a VHF - don't worry its all common sense. Lastly, you have found the best site for people new to ribbing, right here!
