Mr Willk - I got your subtlty... but I didn't get XS's -- wasn't sure if he genuinely was interested or was trolling...
Now to provide some balance - Loch Tay is a nice bit of country side but as a piece of water lacks much appeal in my opinion - no major islands, can't get to anywhere from it, big but not massive. It is definitely the runt of the litter compared to Lomond and Ness.

Another vote for Poole Harbour. I've booked one of the Round island houses for six days next summer and find myself wishing a year away, pretty excited as we had friends who rented there this summer and it's a great set up with moorings, pontoon and a long jetty - just beyond to the south is a large shallow section for exploring by kayak, lots of places to eat waterside in the harbour and if it's a nice, quiet, stable weather day you could go to Studland outside of the harbour and buy an ice cream (nudist beach there but I don't see this on your list)

I finally got round to looking it up
Bank Ground Farm | Guesthouse and holiday cottages | Walkers tearoom
Might struggle to launch a big rib (recovering a small one over wet grass was "interesting") but there is a slipway on the other side of the water and a jetty there. It was quite weedy as I recall.
Not perfect but would tick a lot of your boxes and relatively close.
