There were a load of ex Fire service Geckos (non inflatable bladder and a different shape) with full face visors in our local army surplus a while back.... Not sure what there use was in service, but they were perfect for RIB use IMO..... And only a tenner each!! May be worth a search?

Oakley Polarized sunglasses if dry. Oakley non polarized but tinted ski goggles if it's raining. The goggles were only 20 from Gunwharf Quays a few years ago.

Glasses work ok in the rain but as most of you will know, rain at 30 knots hits your faces like needles and so the goggles are as much for 'face protection' as visual acuity.

The other option is to stay in the pub until the shower passes......
