Maybe....but it must have been right at high water and recovery would have the same issues.
The access track I used was from the Topsham side...not used the Private one.
I realise Everyone has different ideas about launching...and I've scoured the South west on both coasts over the years,to ME the cons on that one outweigh the pro's.
