Does anyone know where I can buy the correct patches for fitting a bow rope to an old D class?
Mine is almost identical to this one but only has the lower "fairlead" triangular patch. I need one of these and two new circular ones with the rope eye.
I have looked for a good while online but can only find smaller patches for dinghys etc.
I would also be interested in an orange fuel bladder. I have one already. It is longer and thinner than the black ones that usually come up for sale.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
if you contact Rnli inshore lifeboat centre they may sell you some though though they won't be cheap if they do as most things are bespoke or custom made by themselves & not too sure if they will have any of the old grey colour ones left .

RIBase
The Searider type bow D-rings appear on Ebay a lot. They should colour match fairly well.

Patches

Thanks for your help everyone.
I couldn't find anything on the website links but I will call the RNLI centre tomorrow and ask them.
No sign of Searider bow patches on ebay tonight but I will keep looking.
Not sure if the Y boat ones are the same or not.
Thanks again.

When you say searider bow patch do you mean the grey rubbing strake?

Hi,
No, I need the two circular patches with a rope eye and the big triangular patch with a d ring (which acts as a fairlead) to allow me to tie my D class to a mooring buoy. The triangular one is missing and the rope eyes are worn in the circular ones.
Thanks

Give BHG in Lymington a ring, they have a box full of avon stuff, they may have what you need.

Thanks for your help everyone.
Adrian at disposals in Poole put me on to Milpro in Wales who make these things for the RNLI. They are going to try and help.
