Emsworth - Visitor pontoon

Anyone know how far either side of high tide that the visitor pontoon at Emsworth is accessible at for a RIB?

e.g its low tide at 15:20 on Sun in Chichester Harbour (entrance). What's the latest time I would be able to leave without dragging the prop?

You'll be on a spring tide which will help. I wouldn't want to leave any later than 2hrs after high tide to be safe

That's assuming you're talking about the one in the harbour
