wow 700mm is a serious hole, is there much transom left? You see a lot of hot hatchs with exhausts the size of dustbins but never seen a rib like that

very jealous here now...

I just got two of these at less than a tenner each, they are 70mm in diameter.

yer they should get rid of any amount of water that comes in the rib i also have two under deck bilge pumps and two more on deck. the rib is being coded for MCA cat 4 and after the season will be going to New Zealand.

yoyo you got a good deal on the trunks. are you putting them in?

I got a flange that could be used for an elephant trunk from plastimo. Trouble is, I don't think epoxy or polyester resin will stick to it (hypalon glue will do though with good surface prep).
