I've found the same thing. My WOT RPM stays the same to within a whisker,but the slip % changes depending on weight/weather.

I'd love to try the boat 'bare' with just me and one tank aboard-I suspect I'd make 40 knots.

I Get about 39-40 knt wot=5300 ribteck 5.35 75 2 Stroke 17" pitch prop 2 full tanks.and just me.

is that good?
