update
police would not get involved as i had already put him in court
i won and in the end got a full refund and all fees.
i have helped a guy from finland (£850) who police would not help as he was not here himself to make a complaint.i have again put dan cooper in court for the guy from finland so should recover the money. Police say he has previous form for same offences but dont seem bothered i just wonder what it takes ! unbelievable.
i will let everyone know the outcome but he is certainly not wanting to wreck his credit rating so does pay up under court pressure.

Surely the fact the courts have found him guilty proves that there is an issue??
Who in the police are you talking to, if its just a PC then you need to talk to an inspector or the fraud department (I presume they have one), I am very surprised they are turning down an open and shut case.

I wonder if he's using the name Dan Cooper as a reference to a D.B.Cooper (Dan Cooper) who was famous for doing a hiest in the US many years back and jumping out of the plane with a parachute to escape. They never found him. Still remains wanted by the FBI.

Hmm - seems he keeps scamming people. I guess I'm a sucker as well. Ordered a new gear housing for my mercury but the guy keeps stalling.
Do anyone have any ideas on how to get this guy off the internet?

Thought I'd be at least fair enough to tell you all that he did in fact send the order. It took a long time and a bit of bugging him but he came through at last.

further update
update to the court case .Dan Cooper got it kicked out of court as i was representing the guy from finland and had not made it clear.
i went to see the judge and showed him the history of the guy and also the power of attorney. I paid £40 and got it reinstated as the lawyer for the person owed. Dan Cooper is not happy bunny LOL . I hope he doesnt pay up as it is over £750.I then can make him bankrupt which will be fun.
anyone else want some help with him let me know by private message above alan

help needed
hi all i now have a judgement over £750 and want to go for bankruptcy proceedings .i need anyone who is near him to serve a section 268 on him.its just handing him a piece of paper.i can do it but i am 200 miles away so its a pain
