Every time he loses in court it will cost him all expenses so get on to him now before he's living in a cardboard box under M&S

YEA their web address is www.moneyclaim.gov.uk - would work if i owed any money to anyone

Is it a problem that people know what names you're trading under then Dan?

When are you taking the GSCE lessons you need in Business Studies and in English Language? So far your pitiful replies here on RIB.net make you look like a complete fuckwit that has no place in the marine industry or any other business place!

One would have thought that you may have bothered to reply to some of the complaints using the English language rather than shitty Chav mobile phone abbreviation/slang.

If you are over 17, is it safe for us to assume that your car is featured here somewhere??? http://www.barryboys.co.uk/mx/

A special message for Dan Cooper.

While you are sorting out the "minority with problems" just remember I am still waiting for the Mariner control box I bought from you on E-Bay.

The boat has been finished and waiting some time now and I am getting impatient.

I await your reply confirming despatch.

Honda 9.9 or 15hp outboard

Daniel, what is the situation with the Honda 15 HP outboard you said I would receive on Tuesday 28 Nov ? When I spoke to you last week you said the original 9.9 had been lost but you had tracked down a 15HP which is perfectly acceptable to me. You told me you would work it over the weekend and despatch it on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. It's now Thursday and no sign of the outboard or any contact from you informing me of any problem. As you know this matter has been running for several months and my patience does not run indefinately.

I may be wrong here but I think he's back and using his girlfriend's/mother's account.

All looks a bit familiar.

Payment on pick up only item must be made before collection.
This would certainly make me uncomfortable.

I'm not sure that's him. Anyone fancy ringing him and finding out?

I noticed he's been buying Mercruiser logo'd overalls on his norfolkboatsandoutboards account though. I wonder if he's trying to pass himself off as something he's not?

I've had the serial numbers checked with barras, by my local mariner dealer and by turbodiesel. Nothing was flagged up as stolen. I have checked stolen boats on here and B&O. I think he got it cheap, and tricked me with the advert.

The outboard was sold to me as a 'as new' 2000 6hp.

Its actually a 1994 15hp, with a reasonable powerhead, and tatty lower section.

I don't have any pictures but its got a 6hp cowling (from a 2000 model), the lower part has been repainted. And one of the clamp screws is bent. Serial Number is 09795318. If anyone knows anything let me know.

Edit: its a mercury made mariner, not the yamaha (if that helps).

I can't believe they've let him have a seller account.

I think I might ring the BBC seeing as they were reporting how ebay was trying to reduce the amount of fraud...

I've reported him again-to both Ebay and Boatsandoutboards.

Can a few others do the same please? We need to shut this clown down.

I've been contacted by Ebay user boatsandoutboards4sale and I'd like to point out that this guy has NOTHING to do with Dan Cooper.

Check out his feedback on his ebay account. The only way he is getting a good rating is by buying stuff. Won't be long before he sells it back again.

Definately one ebayer to avoid dispite people leaving feedback like:

"A real credit to Ebay! This is what Ebay is all about! Great service & goods! ++"

Looking closer about 8 feedback scores came from two sellers.
