So how exactly are you going to get out of this? Surely the chap can find the real owner, offer him 40k for his boat worth what, 14/15k? Then pocked 135k....

I can't work out which bit of that I think is funnier:

- you think the scammer had 40k to take a punt on the boat in the hope he could enforce the sale
- you think the original owner who's just been taken a bit advantage of is going to help the scammer - even for a wodge of cash
- you think that someone would attempt to enforce a scam contract which would almost certainly be easy to prove he didn't own the boat at the time of the sale
- or you think the boat might be worth 15k!
