Dubarry Ultima Sailing Boots

OK if I'm gonna spend a fortune on wellies does anybody have any experience of how long I can expect them to last?

Unisex Dubarry Ultima Sailing Boots for sale - | Mailspeed Marine

I'm out on the water pretty much every other weekend and I'm not gonna spend two hundred and forty notes on something that's gonna last just the one season!!! I want a pretty durable sole as well which can take walking around on river banks, slipways, roads etc.

Info on your experiences would be greatly appreciated!!

Chris

The best.

One of our lad's has my old Shamrocks, he's in them everyday and they won't give up. He's just come in from racing in the rain, they're sodden.

If you're gonna lay out a quarter of a grand on boots, don't bother with anything else.

I would reccomend them, i have had a pair for going on 4 years now, Mrs has a pair, she never complains about her feet being cold or wet. Not cheap but very durable.

Bought a pair earlier this year. Absolutely brilliant!
Comfy, warm, dry and durable.
Btw I spent less than 200!

Epically good, the customer service backs up the product pricing. Finally got a leak in my Ultima boots, changed for new ones, no questions asked.

I've had my Dubarrys for 4 years and they're used virtually every weekend. They are fantastic and worth every single penny of the eye watering price!

I had my current ones for around 6 years and they get a lot of use as a full time instructor/skipper. Still don't leak, soles have gone a bit shiny so not good on a teal deck of a healing yacht but fine in a rib. Will definitely be buying some more. Warm in winter, cool in summer, feet don't sweat like plastic wellies and they go on for ever. I know people who buy rubber sailing boots from crew saver etc and have them replaced every 6 months as the rubber splits on the heel of toes.
My last pair of dubarry's ran for 7 years before being relegated to the shed for dog walking and camping when I got these current ones
