Ursuk Dry suits

I didn't read all the messages but can recommend Ursuk dry suits. There different types but i think these Gemino suits are quit nice. There are water tight zipper in the hips. It works quit nice.

Here are the other dry suits:

They aren't cheap but they work.

Keeping dry

Thanks for all the advice, I'm now, well confused! If I launch by myself, I have to get the boat onto the sand, mud, gravel, etc. Not a problem with a pontoon next to a slip but, someone has to get to the car to deliver the trailer to the water to collect the boat which means getting into the water to bring the boat in or risk using the prop as a blender for the beach. I've decided that for now - boxer shorts and a short arsed fat bloke jumping out of a 4 meter RIB in a swell will look foooooookin real cool so watch out anyone that turns up at Whitby with me, Chewy, and Diverdad on the 15th of August. LOL!

I've got my diving drysuit that I need to put new cuffs and neck seal on?
What height and boot size are you?

I'm bringing my drysuit Saturday so you shouldn't get too wet!

Yipppeeeeeee!!!!!!

I don't think I could quite see myself running along the beach at Whitby, in slow motion, Pamela Anderson style, with my moobs (man boobs) undulating slowly up and down in a seductory manner, so I've been and done it! Got me a nice, front entry, breathable, drysuit with some boots and some gloves. Just need another date for getting out on the water??? SOOOON!

Any-tide, any-place, any-where!

Have a good one mate and we'll see you in Whitby sometime after. I've done the battery box on the Zodiac YL380 this weekend along with one or two other bits of maintainance so we're ready to grab some waves when you are. Did you get the boat back on the water???

Nope I'm at work and the boats in the yard. Hopefully it will be ready for a week on Friday? I'm going to run it back from Whitby to Staithes so will see if its ok then.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that all goes well for you when you get her in the water. Might even see if I can make it across on the day. Might even be at Whitby next Saturday! Just cant wait to try the drysuit on for real. Somehow, being dressed in a drysuit sat in the boat on the drive with the wife spraying me with the hosepipe is ok but the neighbours are starting to talk.... Wonder why.... It's perfectly normal behaviour aint it?

I've taken to playing the theme to Captain Pugwash on bagpipes, oh the sound of splashing water and a squealing cat. Just plumbed up a water supply so I can run the outboard at the same time. Well, the neighbours like to run their petrol mowers on a Sunday so I'll run my bloomin outboard! Great! Very annoying, but great lol!

That photo reminds me of when my Dad had one of those massive pools, me and my mate bobbed round it all afternoon with 24 cans in it. I had my diving stab jacket on and a flag stuck up, joys of been young!

Would it not be simpler and more prudent to do a level 2 and learn to put your boat on the trailer properly rather than buying a drysuit for the purpose of manhandling it on??
bollox -someone needs to get out more!
