I will try and take some pictures in a minute - there were a few little cradles in the yard. We re-use them...

I was just amazed that a US exporter would use one-way steel cradles, they must have plenty of margin in the sales price Des

It's worked well enough for enough years!

Boat Buggy.

Grumpy - you are correct these are not shown on their web site ... however, they are in the Snipe brochure - they cost 99.50 plus delivery and VAT.

They normally do go one way but it costs to get rid of them. Some are crap and get binned some are reasonable and get refurbed and re-used again for smaller boats. Going to have a look in a minute.

Nothing to get very excited about - this is what they look like.

Aaargh, it would be if i could make pics under 200kb but pc here does not allow me to reduce enough!

Basically 2 x metal beams welded parrallel with cross pieces. on top of these are two wooden runners with carpet for the hull to sit on. 90% of boats ex USA come in on these.

If you are still desperate this might be good: http://www.boatsandoutboards.co.uk/view/F66893/

Slightly pricey but chances are you'll get back what you paid and you can probably knock him down a bit....
