I think one should be very careful about using the exact name of of a current or ex RN ship. You could cause confusion on VHF and in particular piss off some Navy people. I personally think that there are some wonderful RN ship names. But??? would you call your boat "Hood" "Ark Royal" " Dreadnought" " Illustrious" etc. etc. That would be very disrespectful. My boat is called "Inde" but I would not dream of calling it " Indefatigable"

However, it would be OK to call your boat Bismark or Belgrano.

garf, I agree, I was being sarcastic for the benefit of the person that suggested using a RN ship name, who just happens to live close to the argies. I am suprised you did not get that one "wot wiv yew sooperia intelygents an awl thart"

How about "Blue Rinse" ... a mature feel i think.... with a care free spray in your hair feel...... OR
"Blue Prawn Film.".... Saucy I know but it has a cocktail of meanings....
