Dock Pro / Sea Pen

SEAPEN - Great idea but the most appalling company to deal with. Great while new but service and customer service worse than our telcos Telstra and NBN and that is saying something. We are 80Km from their head office and I cannot get them to fix the pump / sensor to stop the pump when the pen is dry. So far 1 year, and the boat is sitting in water.

Service engineers and managers x4 no longer work for the company. MD doesn't return calls and is at lunch whatever time of day I call.
Our office of fair trading has contacted them but can do little as it was bought before consumer law was strengthen in Queensland/.

They were completely unperturbed when I said I would post negative reviews.

If you are thinking of getting one of these think again and my advice would be to buy something else.

Hi it is 8 years old but has been giving trouble for a while. They just do not want to know.
It has been "fixed" according to them on a number of occasions but still has the same problem.
Quoting $4k for a new control box. It is headed for the tip with pictures of it to be dispersed wherever I am able to post them

Same experience with Dockpro. Some problems and their solution is to cut it up and bin it and buy a new one. Does anyone know if you can get a new mat elsewhere?
