deck shoes??

I'm looking for some ultra soft deck shoes or sandles that don't mind being used and are comfortable to wear in the water and in the summer.

My old pair have had it and have almost crippled me today, they've been binned.

So what do you guys use?

probably not quite right but i brought some C-Skin slip on neoprene shoes today for beach, boat and surfing. Their very thin soled but maybe a bit light.

if you manage to hoof it up to Bicester, the factory outlets for Musto and Timberland seel last years models at 50% off, some times more.

I use Crocs.....in the sunshine!

I have always found salt water wrecks leather no matter what you try and proof it with.

Crocks from trago under a fiver Andy ,
the pair i have have lasted a whole year . And a pair a size too big over wet suit boots . They are like clogs but have an back strap that folds down when you need it .
what size are you ill send you a pair .

Wht anyone would buy expensive leather shoes to jump in and out of the sea beats me

I'd never heard of these Crocs before today and they sound superb!

I have been reading about crocs and it says that they must be worn loose, the heel strap looks a bit dodgy, however everyone that seems to have tried them think they're great.

Thanks Ian, we don't have a Trago around here I don't think. I'm a size 12, can just about live with an 11 though.

Andy,

I swear by crocs as well however get the original ones and not the cheap knock offs, they last a lot longer. They cost about 30 quid.

They are also antibacterial and you can stick them in the dishwasher, which is why nurses like em.

Just found and purchased 2 pairs of really comfy shoes. Velcro strap, front half made of wet suit material, heavy duty, no mark soles. They also look quite "dressy". If I get my feet wet they stay warm. Not cheap tho. about $70.00.
