The layout of the boat is good for a table up front (it has a curved bench seat in the front), but haveing the bottle rack double up as something else is a good idea - even it it has a top which can act as a shelf for kit etc during kitting up would be good.

The shower is there because we will be in the Med and using wet suits, I dont want to spend the day all salty and crusty - yes, I dont need it, but it would be nice just to freshen up for lunch

Festinghouse, yes there will be just the two of us, no surface cover. Im comfortable with that and its associated risks. We are within swimming distance of the coast even kitted up. No currents, no tides, 30m vis and both on twinsets with full redundancy and within our no deco limits. So its probably less risky than the drive to the Marina. Anyway - I like a little bit of risk - it helps with the concentration.

Just need a good anchor !

You can lace a netting across the top of the bottle rack, you can then put all your bits, mask DVD"s etc in there and wash them down
