Cause glass does not go down w ell on 90 deg areas.
It Just keeps popping back up no matter how many times you wet or roller it !

I'm just going to resin the ply. Sharp edges will cut through vinyl and the holes are to let the air out. If you don't have the hole and you jump on the cushion it can split the stitching. Effectively pop. That's it for this week

You're right about glass and rounded corners. Nothing as bad as seeing glass with voids in it
