Council Registration & Stickers

Years ago I used to be registered with Anglesey County Council, just signed up at the slipway when caught - and I was issued with a permit / sticker for the boat.

Over the last 4 years or so, I haven't had a sticker - or been asked to produce prof of registration at the slips I use - and haven't been registered

Last week when looking at camp sites, they have said they are happy with boats on the site but it has to be registered, so looking into this again - if I get caught its £20 or if I do it in advance its £15 and as I know they are asking for this I thought I best save a £5.

If I have lasted 4 years or so without a permit, do they still have the sticker style permit - as I thought I would stick out by not having one?
