Have you tried agricultural dealers?
I get Gun cleaner for washing out spray guns from our local place 15 a gallon.
I think its re-distilled volatiles from re-cycled paint. mainly toluene and xylene according to the MSDS sheet.
can be used as thinners too for agricultural paints where rolls royce quality finish isn't needed.
Its in unbranded cans but comes from sparex or tecaloy i think.

I am usually not as green as i am cabbage looking.

I once used some cellulose thinners to clean up an old hypalon zodiac that had faded in the sun
It cleaned it up ok just using a rag but don't rub too hard as on the 2 nd clean a few months later it started to go deep and take the top layer off so just beware if its got a few years on it .
