Contacting Avon? Hello, Anyone home? (serial number question)

For the last several weeks, I've tried contacting Avon in both the UK and the US via the web/email with no luck. Has anyone else had trouble contacting them? I'm trying to find out the year of my SR6 for my US title. Does anyone know of a code for Avon Hull IDs?

The last two digits of the Serial Number will give the year of manufacture.
