Don't know about bespoke covers, but a B&Q stacking patio chair cover does a sterling job for about £5

Try these guys... they did my full custom RIB cover and its awesome... they have a few "grades" of fabric also, so cheap or "gucci" options.... they will def do a console cover.... its about 1hr from Manchester down the A55... Brookes Makers - 01492 622 685. They will measure and fit while you wait.
