That's a good video to watch - scary too! It absolutely makes the case for life jackets at all times.

One think I hadn't considered, although it's obvious, is that hyperventilating prevents you from being able to hold your breath. I really hadn't thought about this.

It makes me realise that I wouldn't stand a chance without a jacket.

Just shows what risk you take when you don't use a life jacket even in calm waters. I always wear my life jacket and after seeing that, I always will.

Last year i ended up in the water in the Harbour, when i missed my Tender. 27 c outside, straight in water, glad i had life jacket on! the cold shock i was gasping for breath, was eye opener...

The Video was released by accident, and was removed.

It was work in progress once the completed version I will post link to this.
