Coding a Rib?

Hi,
Really wanted a bit of advice. We are looking to try and use our Cougar 8.4m Rib possibly for charter and I was wondering what I would need in the way of qualifications and equipment on the boat to do this. I currently have my PB level 2 only.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
