in fairness to the guy i believed it was around the age of '99 he had indicated and i phoned up just to check it was not a 98 and got the info it was a 95, shock horror. 2.5 ltrs per mile from the evinrude 225 E TEC on avr. doing 4500 revs around 27nts but needs proping up 19"p on at the moment going to try 23"p

I was going to offer you the same! I know the boat and the owner, nice package but not as fast as you might think, seems to be a good price though.

Blimey, that's a revelation. Today we compared consumption between 3 X 225 Opti's and a 250 Etec, and the consumption came out pretty much the same, with the Opti's probably slightly ahead (better).
