Cleaning products

Hi I am trying to clean my hypalon tubes as they are looking pretty grubby on the rib I have just bought. I have used cif today but it is hard going. Does anyone have any tips as what to use?

Subject comes up more often than the linoleum in the bathroom!

Is that with or without VAT?
