Wouldn't say it's impossible.
You know how your 4m can go like sh!t off a shovel? Well add a small bit of length to it and stick a 75hp on it.

Normally the A21 had twin 70HP outboards and was a bit stern heavy, noit sure of the effect of one big OB.

The Atlantic 21 is a great boat.
That one in the advert looks rough though. I love the 21's but think they're over priced for what they are.
Most will have been damaged at some point in their life and repaired to a high standard.
