Celtic diver fowey trying to trace old owners

Hi I,m trying to trace all the history of my new boat 5.4 searider.with twin 40 hp 4 srokes The dealer i bought it from couldnt help me .I know it started life as being owned by Norfolk Police and in 2004 to 2006-7 a mr A Bray of St Austell.I would love to speak to him does anyone know him if so could he contact me posibly or could someone pm me I have a address but think its old.Any help would be gratefull
