Capsize of Sea Shepherd delta

This topic came up today through someone having replied to a post of mine.
I've pasted a link here which will provide you with footage the incident in question:

Launching underway can only be achieved safely through familiarity, teamwork and training.
there are two glaring mistakes evident in the footage, can you spot them?

RIBase
This has been covered before I think. I agree regards crew familiarity and training, however this is bordering on gross incompetence.

No bow line for starters, and quick release hoist cable.

Ha you spotted it, they do have a painter line but there's no tension on it at all. Probably because it's held in the hands of one of the deck crew. The painter should be taut and belayed onto the ship well fwd of the rib, the crane driver should be keeping tension on the painter while keeping the boat snugged in tight to the ship at the same time, not letting it swing out like it does.
That is actually a quick release hook on the wire but no one pulled it.

Wasn't that like 3 years ago? At least 2. Are you really interested in how to launch a RIB from a ship, while underway? Or are we beating a dead horse?

These guys are just fodder for TV cameras, posing as activists.
