Yeh, its weird
The 'channel' is almost back to where it was 20 years ago.
We used to pass South of the wreck (Grampian) back then too
But 'C1' an C2' are further South again!
Tother place in the Strait that has changed dramatically (but bouys aint been altered yet) is just before 'Ronnies' or Ty Calch as it is also known
As you go towards the 'Gap' ie towards Fort Belan
The drying area just to starboard approaching C7 an C10 is now grown just nicely to fit in between said Lateral Marks
Saw a yacht aground there a few weeks ago 1 an an arf hours after low water.
The yacht was where She should av been
The sandbank wasn't
Not too much of a prob for rib nobbers like me an thee but take care!
Props is dear, innit!

Hi Dave, thanks for this, came in handy as was out of there yesterday with the EA (briefly - was blowing up nicely)......We did bathymetric work across the bar and out earlier in the year....it has really shifted about in those few months!
