Perhaps you could take the aquavac and use it at the bottom of the slip before you launch. Suck the river dry and not only won't your boat get wet but you won't need one of those expensive dry suit Mr Hart keeps plugging.

Is Keith on commision ?

mstacey,
Now that's lateral thinking! I'll give it a go, I might have to get a bigger aquavac though, mine only holds 20 litres!

DM,
I must be a bit thick! sorry it's gone over my head!

"Maelstrom" is, I believe, a norwegian weather event of some sort, (also the name of my favourite ride at EPCOT)

"Leviathan" is a mythical sea monster of the deep!

I hope i'm not mad

Wrong JF. Not mythical at all, I married one.

Quote "Hope I'm not mad" This from a man who's idea of fun is to cross the channel at 80knots in a F6. Yeh, Jon. right on.

DM,

point taken, crossing at 80 Knt's in a 6 is probably a bit optimistic in a boat that does 63 Knt's but still, maybe when I win the lottery
and buy that FB 55 with triple seatech's
