Cabin/Rescue Rib

Hi all

Any ideas or anyone seen a small cabin rib 6-8m inboard or outboard which would be a good rescue craft ?

Have had a little scout about and not seen too much, hoping someone on here maybe able to point me in the right direction.

Thanks

Rich

Oi willk am I going to have to do your job for you!

Depending on budget and detailed spec then I am sure Redbay would be able to come up with something that fits the requirements.

However there can be some advantages to an open boat (especially at the smaller end of your range); e.g. getting around the boat to access casualties, space for treating people, less deck clutter for tow ropes or helo witches to snag on etc.

I thought I should curb my Enthusiasm, P.

There was a time when I'd have been in there, telling him all about the Foyle Rescue jetboats that Redbay custom built for that very purpose, or the Airport Rescue boat from the Isles. I'd have bunged in links to the Redbay website and added a photo or two. I might even have have got carried away and said that they can/will build a bespoke boat to the customers precise requirements, from the hull up...

...but then I thought, everything in Moderation, so I didn't

Well you don't av to bang ur ed any more Rich with that fine selection above, I suppose you would av to consider huge import fee's aswell if you buy abroad.
I only wish I could afford that Bikini Bottom, very nice me thinks.
