Bad encounters with Mark Deva then, share the wealth before anyone has to deal with this guy!

It's all in another thread titled "Dodgy Deva" He has a terrible reputation; rips people off selling them things that don't turn up and when they finally do they are not what they are supposed to be. For example I bought a "brand new" engine off him which was supposed to come with trim gauge and rev counter and control box. After weeks of phone calls (which were never returned) engine finally turned up (in the wrong place) addressed to Mr Mad - shows what Mark Deva thinks of his customers. Engine had clearly been on the back of a boat. Prop had a dent in it. No gauges, and the control box was the wrong one. Still fighting with Deva trying to get it sorted........

Whats the story with this boat anyway. Was just looking at the photos again: that console looks like two consoles joined together with a bit of cheap plastic, and my guess is you'd have to have very thin legs to have two people sat side by side on those seats......

The BWM is quite a wide boat so there will be enough room for side by side seating, however it isn't going to be the fastest thing with those engines. It seems to change ownership on a very basis so owners clearly arn't very happy with it. Wasn't there a problem with an engine, gearbox or something ?

Yes I think it was the gearbox but can't remember that was the first time it came up for sale. Fun it has never been mentioned again. Oh it might have been fixed
