Thing is Vincent. BWM has been out of business for many years. I guess that any papers if supplied in the first place would be long gone.

There must be a way of registering it as a special build. As a one off?

Ehhmm sorry BWM has not bee out of business for many years...(maybe Paul Lemmer) but we brought BWM in 1994 and we are still here...drop me a line and we will see if we can help...although the "CE" marking was not available in 1998??

Hi Vincent , if you post up some photos of the rib , mainly the bow i may be able to help you out on year as the bow was slightly changed (anti stuff) in the late 90s , if its the one i know you may be hard pushed to get a CE ticket . unless its a porter brothers rib etc , Anyway nice to see Andy still keeping the Bwm ribs going!! Ben
