Welcome. But you really to tell us:

How many will usually be aboard
What do you do on board
How far do you go
How often
What weather will you likely go out in
Which waters
Do you mean new
What's your budget

It's like asking opinion on a Subaru Impreza. Fantastic for a low mileage person who likes to drive through Wales, wants power and loves the sound. USELESS for a mum of four or a rep who does £20k and doesn't wish to look like Kevin who hangs around mcDonalds at 11.30pm wearing a blue Subaru jacket.

There would usually be about max 4 on board
have a few drinks listen to music etc
12 miles max offshore sometimes in 1-2m wave height
probably new budget of 35k max

... seriously ?
probably better off with this then..

ebay 161036594362

less chance of spilling your drinks and you could put the 10K you save on your budget into fuelling it!

Hi - I looked at brig . They have a good reputation around the world but have until recently been less dominant brand in UK. I have not trialled one but am told that comparatively they are less sport orientated than others this size. Meaning sponsons lower in the water at rest and speed - so good for family and coastal? The 650 has quite a few nice enhancements on the 645. Made in Ukraine. UK main dealer is wolf rock, had a 650 demo inside your budget - at least they did a few weeks ago.

Hi have you thought about the Brigg 650 Defender. It was reviewed in Powerboat and rib magazine and looks good.

I would rather go for a ZAR (61 would be enough but there is also a 65) or a SOLEMAR.
