Technically I am pretty sure not.

i believe any tanks that are filled by the "public" have to have an 80% shut off valve fitted, to prevent over expansion from temperature changes. Calor gas etc cylinders wouldn't have this. Though there may be some portable tanks with these built in???? If not sounds like agreat idea!
