2120hrs: Try to order 6 US gallons of XD100 oil from the site. The payment system doesn't like me.

2125hrs: Try again, no joy. Give up.

2130hrs: Mobile phone rings, unknown UK number (surely not, I think) but yes! "This is John at Quinquari - you're having a problem with a purchase....."

2135hrs: Speechless*, but thinking "if Carlsberg did online rib supplies sales....."
