I bought the 8222 TB Twin Axle for approx 2200 GBP +VAT, pleased with it apart from the bow stopper isn't low enough so the top stopper sits on the front sponson and the bottom rather than both on the bow.
Also this results in the winch line rubbing on the bottom stopper as you are pulling the boat up until it rocks on the back roller to a more horizontal position.
Now I did buy the 6520mm model and my RIB is only 5.8, I am hoping to get a new 6.5 boat next year to go with the trailer so I expect this problem will be resolved with the bigger boat.
Ill post some pictures at the weekend as I'm going to contact Brenderup for advice on my current setup.
The lighting plugs have spade terminals inside the plugs so if someone that is helping you luanch pulls the cable and not the plug the spades can work lose and shorting out the break lights or indicators, you then have to replace the blown fuse and put the spades back on
Remember to take off the lighting board when not in use, I left it on for a week and the copper contacts in the lighting plug corroded the male to the female together on the rear lighting board so i could not get the dam thing off when I wanted to lunch took an hour to sort it out and lots of WD40
I am going to solder the spades on this weekend to stop it happening again, and grease the lighting connector.
Over all I am happy, well I have to be at that price
