Bravo Pump BST HP bag zip broke!

My brand new Bravo BST HP only arrived last week. I used once to blow up my air deck (30 secs ). Packed it away and the zip tag broke! So I tried to close the bag with what was left but the teeth don't meet.

The zipper really is rubbish, thin "metal" and the zip doesn't stay closed even when zipped.

My question is are all the bravo bags rubbish or did I get a bad one?

Hi ,
You got a bad one ..
I worry more about the pump itself .. Some german users reported that in the pump are (cheap) plastic gears used which are braking sometimes and to be honest - the noise this pump makes during operation sounds already strange when it comes out of the box .. .
But as long it works it is a GREAT pump - I used it for a 420 Aerotec with high pressure floor .
Regards - Jurgen

Thanks
As long as the bravo pump is made of better stuff than the bag I'll stop worrying that I've bought a hunk of Italian made junk.

I agree its a great pump - I blew up the kids large paddling pool last night in a minute, and that was holding the tube against the valve as non of the adapters would fit.
My last pump (ring tyre compressor) took 10 mins to do the same job.
