Bonding Rubber-Ring Matting to Deck

Hi all.

I have rubber-ring matting on the deck of the RIB, mainly to protect it and use as anti-slip.
Its been cut to fit around the console and A-Frame etc. and as a result parts of it are quite light and move about!

I'd like to use an adhesive to bond it to the deck, however I don't to use an adhesive that if/when removed, pulls up half the floor with it!
It would need to be something that can easily be removed without leaving any remnants?

Would appreciate all thoughts, advice and opinions.

Thanks.
Matt.
