"Bigger"consoles

Hi,

Does anyone have pics of big consoles, sort of wrap around. I'm rebuilding an Arctic28 and want a console with enough width to stay out of spray and wind. Just to pick up some ideas. If there isn't a standard, I'll build one myself to my needs, but first I need some ideas.

My Parker fits quite nicely although its not wraparound. If it helps its 1100mm wide. If I remember correctly there is 1900mm between the tubes which gives you 400mm clearance each side which is a decent amount to walk round.

The console I have on my Ocean 6.5 made by Windsor Brothers is large enough to get behind, and there's room inside for a portaloo!
I only have a short screen fitted, but others have gone higher.

Hightower had them build him a special one with a cut out for his long legs.
His build thread shouldn't be too hard to find.

Pete7 also fitted one to his Pacific which was covered by one of the longest ever Rib.net threads
