Best RIB for life

Money and storage aside, many say "the smaller the boat the greater the fun".But there had to be a limit on size, speed, range, cost and enjoyment.
Is the SR4 the "Holy Grail" or is a SIB with a 30 the way?
RibCraft for all occasions?
What is it?
Not 8m and 60 knots.
Not 3m and 2.5 knots.
And it's not about who can afford what and who needs what.
We all know what we're after.
THE BEST RIB.
Maybe down to votes.
Might settle at 5.5 meters. 60hp.
4m and 40.
6 m and twin 80's.
And it's not what you have but what you think it should be.
Maybe a question of, " If there was only one RIB you could have ever for everything. "

An SR4 is with out doubt the bang per buck fun that you'll get out of a rib.

Can't tow it to the campsite or keep it on the drive.
Not allowed on the pontoon.
Can't carry the fuel down to it.

Send a message via Skype™ to kerny
My little 5.4 Air-Craft does me ... economical, versatile and quick, easy to tow and launch, but apart from previously owning a crappy Chinese seapro rib, I have never owned anything other than mentioned above, so what do I know

But hey I'm happy

Honestly I reckon the Humber boats for the goretex arctic challenge have to be the best boat ever... 6M ocean pro with twin suzuki 90's and 4 ullman seats. as close to perfection as anyman can get..

Really happy with my 2004 Ribcraft 4.8. Do most of my boating alone and it's an ideal size. Been lucky with a super-reliable Mariner 60hp 4 str efi. Economical and quiet. Single and double jockey seats. Does everything I want and will double up as a functional beach ferry when friends come down from up-country. Will cope with a far bigger sea than I choose to. Looks good and so easy to handle on my own.
