JW - We got a pretty good finish except one or two areas where it is much easier to get a perfect finish in the mould because of access.

Can't remember the time period of those photos but the whole project from concept to launching the finished boat was around 2 years - however we are still making changes and will continue to evolve the boat over some period of time.

More photos now!

We made a poly tunnel to keep the dust out for spraying the hull plug with high build paint. Then followed a lot of “long boarding” to get a really smooth line to the hull and making some small detail changes.

Hull mould all layed up and ready for the stiffening – shuttering ply and balsa was used for all of the moulds. Kitten about to fit the transom stiffening
